Happy Sunday! I have been super busy today! I almost did not promote because I had so many things I wanted to accomplish. I'm obsessed with it though and broke down....so once I finish this blog I'll be catching up on hearts and views.
So what did I want to do today? I wanted to make two soaps but only accomplished one due to the wonderful chores that had piled up. My ever popular shampoo bar is coming soon as I just whipped up a batch today. It's scented with patchouli/orange and is a customer and family favorite.
I didn't get to my second batch of soap which is going to be a salty spa bar. I need to decide if its going to be scented or if I am going to try it unscented. I guess I will figure it out sometime today, might just purchase a specific spa scent for it. Then if I get the scent in time I'll plan on making it next weekend. Most suppliers are good about getting products out, except Brambleberry....they take forever!
So how did my rebatch turn out? Smashing! I cut it today and it has a terrific scent plus a terrific texture. No more creepiness. Thank goodness because it is expensive to toss a whole batch of soap in the trash.
